1. Introduction and Legal Scope

Welcome to Privanexor. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all interactions, initial consultation bookings, flight arrangements, and private aviation charter arrangements facilitated by Privanexor.

By accessing our website, scheduling a consultation, or engaging our charter services, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. Privanexor operates under the legal framework of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR). All flight operations, administrative actions, and customer agreements comply with relevant Hong Kong aviation standards and local laws, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) ("PDPO").

2. Digital Interaction and Initial Consultation Schedule

2.1 Website Fleet Displays

Our website presents six distinct categories of aircraft available for charter. Specifications, images, and capabilities shown online serve as an informational index to assist prospective clients in understanding available aircraft types prior to meeting in person.

2.2 Consultation Booking Process

  • Non-Binding Nature : Booking a appointment online via our website does not constitute a flight reservation, nor does it protect aircraft availability or flight times.
  • Fee Structure : Initial consultation scheduling via the online platform is completely free of charge. No payment processing occurs through our digital interface.
  • Selected Consultation Date : The date selected by a user on the website calendar corresponds solely to the date and time of the in-person consultation appointment held at our physical office.

3. In-Person Tailoring, Itinerary Creation, and Cash Payment

3.1 Office Meeting Requirement

To formalize an itinerary and book an aircraft, clients must attend an in-person meeting at our physical address :

During this meeting, representative officers analyze travel needs, establish customized itineraries, assign appropriate aircraft configurations from the six available tiers, and calculate final travel costs.

3.2 Payment Terms

  • Cash Only Policy : Full payment for all charter arrangements must be tendered exclusively in physical cash currency at our Central office.
  • Excluded Payment Methods : Privanexor does not process credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, online payment gateways, checks, or direct bank transfers for initial booking confirmations.
  • Final Booking Confirmation : A booking is legally accepted only after entire of the agreed travel cost is handed over in cash at our office and an official physical receipt is issued by a Privanexor representative.

4. Cancellation, Alteration, and Refund Structure

Cancellation policies are governed by strict timelines based on the scheduled departure time of the accepted flight itinerary.

Full Refund of the paid amount.

50% Partial Refund (50% retained as administrative/positioning fee).

Fewer than 24 Hours

0% Refund (total forfeiture of paid funds).

No-Show at Airport / Terminal

Treated as immediate cancellation; 0% Refund.

4.1 Notice Protocols

  • Timing Requirements : To qualify for a 50% partial refund, clients must deliver formal notification of cancellation or inability to board at least 24 hours prior to departure.
  • Notifications under 24 Hours : Any cancellation request received with less than 24 hours notice results in complete forfeiture of all paid amounts.

4.2 Refund Processing Mechanisms

Accepted refund amounts will be disbursed through one of two accepted methods :

  1. In-Person Cash Collection : The client returns to the Privanexor office at Shun On Commercial Building, Central, Hong Kong, to receive the accepted refund amount in cash.
  2. Direct Bank Transfer : If the client selects bank transfer, bank account information must be transmitted protected via email to jets@privanexor.com 112-114 Des Voeux Rd Central, Central, Hong Kong after written approval of the cancellation request has been granted by Privanexor.

5. Private Charter Customization and Operational Freedom

Privanexor grants clients broad authority to tailor flight schedules, onboard preferences, and route arrangements subject to aviation safety mandates, air traffic control authorizations, and airport slot allocations in Hong Kong and destination regions.

5.1 Client Responsibilities

Clients and their passengers must present valid travel documents, passports, entry visas, and wellness declarations required by international arrival and departure authorities.

5.2 Flight Alterations Due to Uncontrollable Factors

Privanexor reserves the right to alter routes, delay departures, or substitute equivalent aircraft configurations when required by weather conditions, air traffic directives, maintenance mandates, or safety regulations set by civil aviation authorities.

6. Data Protection and Privacy Policy (PDPO Compliance)

Privanexor respects the privacy of every client and complies fully with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong.

6.1 Collection of Personal Data

Personal details, including names, contact numbers, email addresses, passport copies, and banking information (for accepted refund transfers), are collected solely for flight arrangements, regulatory compliance, identity corroboration, and refund fulfillment.

6.2 Data Security and Storage

  • All physical documents are protected within restricted-access areas at our Central office.
  • Digital data (such as email communications and bank details provided for refunds) is protected through administrative access controls and operational safeguards.
  • Personal data is never sold, rented, or distributed to unwanted third parties. Data is shared only with aviation operators, ground handling officers, and customs authorities as required to complete flight services.

7. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All materials, text, layout structures, and aircraft descriptions on privanexor.com remain the sole property of Privanexor. Unwanted copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation of website content without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation Of Liability and Force Majeure

8.1 Operational Boundaries

Privanexor acts as an air charter arranger. Total fiscal liability for any claims arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the actual cash amount paid by the client for the specific flight arrangement.

8.2 Force Majeure Events

Privanexor is not liable for failures or delays in performance resulting from acts of God, unwanted weather phenomena, airport closures, air traffic delays, government restrictions, strikes, or civil commotions beyond operational control.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
